WorkRoll is licensed under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA). This page explains product and purchase terms without limiting your rights under applicable law.

Your photos, your responsibility

You must have the right to capture, store, and share content and comply with applicable laws. Keep passwords safe and export photos you need to retain.

Deleting the app deletes its in-app photos.

In-app photos and videos do not sync to iCloud Photos and are excluded from device backups by default. Enable the free Include in iPhone iCloud Backup option in Settings to include media in device iCloud backup, not iCloud Photos. With the option off, media stays only on this iPhone and is lost if the phone is lost or the app is deleted. Use the free Export to Files feature to export an album’s photos and videos as a folder first. Simply reinstalling, restoring purchases, or Family Sharing does not restore media. Expiry also deletes expired items.

Free and Pro

Free includes 30 photos and one password per album, with the default icon. Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for unlimited photos, multiple passwords per album, and alternate icons. There is no subscription. The listed price is US$3.99 / NT$120; the price shown in your App Store applies. Apple handles payment, Family Sharing, and refunds. Restore purchases in the app’s settings.

After a refund or loss of Pro access, existing photos and passwords remain usable. Free limits apply to new additions. Your existing icon is not forcibly changed.

Data loss and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is, with no guarantee of permanent data storage. We do not warrant recovery or promise compensation for data lost through app deletion, expiry, forgotten passwords, or a lost device. These terms do not exclude warranties, liability, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Other warranty and liability provisions are governed by Apple’s standard EULA.
