恢復 Pro 購買

  1. 確認 App Store 使用原購買的 Apple 帳號；家人共享請先確認家庭購買共享已啟用。
  2. 開啟 WorkRoll，點首頁右上角設定。
  3. 點「恢復購買」，保持網路連線，等待購買狀態更新。
  4. 若仍未解鎖，請來信提供錯誤訊息；不需要提供付款卡片資料。

Restore your Pro purchase

  1. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase in the App Store. For Family Sharing, check that Purchase Sharing is enabled.
  2. Open WorkRoll and tap Settings at the top right of the home screen.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases, stay online, and wait for the purchase status to update.
  4. If Pro remains locked, email the error message. Never send payment card details.
恢復購買不會還原照片。 / Restoring purchases does not restore photos.

刪除 App 會刪除 App 內照片與影片。媒體預設排除裝置備份；「納入 iPhone iCloud 備份」關閉時，內容只留在這支 iPhone，遺失手機或刪除 App 就會遺失。請先匯出重要內容。

Deleting the app deletes its in-app photos and videos. Media is excluded from device backups by default. With Include in iPhone iCloud Backup off, media stays only on this iPhone and is lost if the phone is lost or the app is deleted. Export important media first.

如何匯出整本相簿？

開啟相簿，選「匯出到檔案」，即可將照片與影片匯出為資料夾。透過系統「檔案」選擇器選目的地，包括已設定的 Google Drive、Dropbox、OneDrive 或 NAS。此功能免費。

如何開啟備份？會加入 iCloud 照片嗎？

在 WorkRoll 設定開啟「納入 iPhone iCloud 備份」。此免費選項預設關閉；開啟後納入裝置的 iCloud 備份，不會加入或同步至「iCloud 照片」。

How do I export an album?

Open the album and choose Export to Files to export its photos and videos as a folder. Select a destination through the system Files picker, including configured Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or NAS locations. This feature is free.

How do I enable backup? Does it add media to iCloud Photos?

Enable Include in iPhone iCloud Backup in WorkRoll Settings. This free option is off by default. It includes media in device iCloud backup without adding or syncing it to iCloud Photos.
